How do I return or exchange my order?

In order for us to process your return, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase along with your complete contact info, and to notify us if there is anything wrong with the item. You will receive a response with return shipping instructions. Note that refunds and/or exchanges are honored within 30 days of original invoice and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for refunds/exchanges and must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials.
When will I receive my refund or exchanged item(s)?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receiving your returned product.
